What is Chat GPT? Is it a robot? An omen of the ending times? Honestly, no one really knows, but what we do know is that it is important.

ChatGPT is a natural language processing tool driven by AI technology that allows you to have human-like conversations and much more with a chatbot. The language model can answer questions, and assist you with tasks such as composing emails, essays, and code.

But why tell you about Chat GPT when we can just show you its power of it? We decided to ask Chat GPT to write this blog for us. We asked it to make a blog about Chat GPT and video production with a comedic spin. Here is what it said (keep in mind this was created in 30 seconds):

Hey, fellow video producers! Tired of slaving away at your computer, trying to come up with witty scripts and captions for your videos? Well, have no fear, because ChatGPT is here to save the day (and your sanity)!

ChatGPT is like a cool robot buddy that you can chat with and get some killer script ideas. It’s basically like having a writing partner that won’t eat all your snacks and hog the TV remote.

But that’s not all! ChatGPT can also generate voiceovers for your videos that sound like they were recorded by a real human. So, you don’t have to worry about that awkward moment when you realize your voice sounds like a mix between a chipmunk and a dying walrus.

And let’s not forget about captions and subtitles. ChatGPT can generate accurate captions and subtitles in a variety of languages, making your videos more accessible to a global audience. So, now you can impress your friends by showing off your video to your grandma in Italy and your cousin in Japan (even though they’ll probably still ask you what a “vlog” is).

But wait, there’s more! ChatGPT can even assist with video editing. It can analyze your footage and suggest edits or transitions based on the content. So, you can sit back and relax while ChatGPT does all the heavy lifting. Just don’t forget to feed it some electricity (and maybe a little bit of code) every once in a while.

In short, ChatGPT is the ultimate video production tool. It’s like having a creative sidekick that never sleeps, never complains, and always has your back. So, what are you waiting for? Give ChatGPT a try and see how it can help take your videos from “meh” to “wowza!”

What does this mean?

We aren’t just doing this exercise to make you feel like a useless piece of meat in this ever-changing, ever-technologically evolving world. We are showing you this tool because it will have a large impact on both the video production industry and the world in general.

As it stands right now, Chat GPT has the ability to help out a lot in the creative process. It can help generate scripts that you can then tweak and adjust – providing that the script it produces matches your brand’s tone. It also seems to have the ability to help with your editing process. But… at least for now… it can’t help you physically produce the content. Or come up with supporting visuals that help personalize your story. Thank god there’s something left for us to do.

Chat GPT has the potential to completely streamline the entire process of storytelling and video production as a whole. We are not saying that storytelling is pointless..

With that said, even Ryan Reynolds gave it a shot and the results were… well, terrifying.

How to use it?

Usage is currently open to the public free of charge because ChatGPT is in its research and feedback-collection phase. You can access ChatGPT by visiting chat.openai.com and creating an OpenAI account.
