We announced some pretty exciting news earlier this week after making the Inc. 5000 List of Fastest Growing Companies for the second year in a row. It’s a great accomplishment for our team, not only to make the list, but to make it twice in a row — something only one in every three companies do after making the list initially.
When asked how our company is able to sustain the growth, maintain a great culture, and still keep clients happy, I wish I had something revolutionary to say. Many companies on the list cite implementing radical growth strategies or launching new products. But for 522, staying humble and always improving on what we do best has been the key to our growth.
Honestly, we’re able to grow is due to the awesome relationships that we build with our clients. We take pride in establishing a foundation of trust. We become an extension of their team and passionately support their success. And, yes… we deliver high-quality and effective video content for their needs. Our growth also comes from our employees, who know the value of good ol’ fashioned hard work. Their strength in building trust and developing lifelong relationships with our clients has continued to drive customers to reach out again and again. We’re proud of that, but we find it a bit out of character to shout it off the rooftops… irony of this blog post aside.
All-in-all, being on the Inc. 5000 list is cool, but having customers for life is an honor.
