Every company has milestones. Projects completed. Every company has milestones. Projects completed. Clients served. Growth charts worth celebrating.

But those aren't the stories people remember.

The stories that last belong to the people who show up every day. The ones who build the culture, solve the impossible problems, and believe in where the company is headed.

That's what we set out to capture with D|Watts.

🎥Take a look at the story we created together at the link in our bio!
When we teamed up with the American Physical Socie When we teamed up with the American Physical Society to spotlight the remarkable people behind some of the year’s highest honors in physics… our favorite part wasn’t just filming incredible scientists, it was uncovering the passion, persistence, and purpose behind their work.

Because when you lead with people, even the most complex topics become memorable.

Happy 250th Birthday, America!🇺🇸 Almost half way t Happy 250th Birthday, America!🇺🇸 Almost half way to 522!

Holidays like today remind us that some of the best stories aren't the ones we produce. They're the ones we make with family, friends, neighbors, and community.

Whether you're spending the day by the grill, at the pool, watching fireworks, or strategically positioning yourself near the potato salad... we hope it's a good one.

Organizations assume that if people just knew more, they'd care more. Unfortunately, that's not how humans work.

People don't engage because they received another fact sheet or another list of statistics. They engage because something connects with them.

Facts build credibility.
Emotion builds motivation.

The strongest communication needs both.

Our latest blog dives into why storytelling remains one of the most effective tools for changing behavior and how to find the human story in almost any message.

Companies like ours aren’t built by equipment, off Companies like ours aren’t built by equipment, offices, or even founders. They’re built by people - full timers, freelancers, or interns.

They’re all creatives, problem solvers, and believers who have offered their talents to 522 for over twenty years.

Some have been here for decades. Some for years. Others for a single project. All left their mark, big or small.

So thank you to everyone who has helped build the 522 story. We’re proud of the work… but even more proud of the people behind it.

Happy 5/22.
Excellence in science deserves more than a polite Excellence in science deserves more than a polite round of applause. It deserves a spotlight. Maybe even a slow clap.

That’s why we’re thrilled that we had the chance to partner with the American Physical Society to celebrate the 2026 recipients of its top physics honors… or, the people making the rest of us feel like we probably should’ve paid more attention in school.

These are the folks driving groundbreaking research, redefining education, and doing bold, early-career work that’s shaping the future.

Our job was to break down their years of brilliant yet complex research into something we can all understand. Real voices. Real impact. You know, the human side of science. Because when stories are grounded in authenticity, audiences don’t just watch. They connect.
