Above Ground Storage Tank Inspection Training
Training your staff to manage something completely outside of their job description requires providing them with a lot of information in a way that they can easily understand.
The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service’s (FWS) mission is to work with others to conserve, protect and enhance fish, wildlife and plants and their habitats for the continuing benefit of the American people. FWS decided to focus on how their team conducts inspections of their above ground storage tanks. The people who currently inspect them have done so routinely for years, but without video guidance as the appropriate way to do so, FWS needed to be able to train their team that’s spread across the country as efficiently as possible.
